Because the memorial cards were for my Mum I had hesitated a lot before calling. To be honest the website is very straight forward but I really needed someone to help me through the process. Talking through my order on the telephone really helped. Before calling it helps to have thought about prayers, wording and choice of graphics beforehand. The memorial cards I ordered are exactly what I wanted, and the finish is better than expected really good quality gloss finish.
