Once your order has been received a personalised product will be created by in-house design team. *A design proof will emailed on the next working day for either changes or approval to print. Once we have your instructions to print, your order will be dispatched within 10 working days.

Once your order is placed a design proof will be emailed in accordance with the service levels below. Standard print & dispatch time is 12 working days from the date of proof approval. However we also offer faster Express options for more urgent orders, these can be selected at the time of placing your order.

This is a difficult time but the care and attention to detail on our chosen memorial cards made it very easy to do.The end product is lovely and exactly what I wanted .The delivery itself was only a few days .I would recommend the memorial card shop to others .Thank you
