Having recently lost my husband as many of you will know it's not the best of times you don't think straight and I really just wanted to give a little card to my children to carry around with the as a little bit of comfort for them it's nearly three months but only seems like yesterday any way I ordered a card but then decided to order another and then a nother my thought not thinking so three different orders that means three delivery costs I'm at thought I expect to pay but no I'm contacted by the design team about one of my cards and was informed they was refunding me two lots of postage as it was only one order really how honest not only that but they gave me three extra cards free of charge the quality of the wallet cards is out standing I challenge any one to come up with better quality at these prices and the service unheard of now adays I just wish I'd known of this site sooner I would have used them for every thing I will use them again and I have recommended them and I know I'm going on a bit but when you get service like this it's worth going on about it thank you all for just being so caring at a very difficult time for us all you deserve an award thank you again

We would like to thank the Memorial Card Shop for their professionalism when we ordered our memorial cards from them. What I wanted, a double memorial card for both my parents, did not look possible on the website. I called to enquire & was delighted to find how easily this was accommodated.I had also expected that, being a bit different, that the cost would increase & was even happier that the cost was the same. Adam, my contact, was extremely helpful & also made useful suggestions making the process as stress free as possible. The cards have arrived promptly and will be ready in time for the funeral service, which I'd hoped for but did not think possible. Thank you for a great service. I'm happy to recommend you, but hope that it will be some time before I have to use your services again.

I have received the ?memorial cards, thank you cards and bookmarks?, which I ordered! They are all simply beautiful and every detail as discussed and agreed! They were for my dear late sister and I kept putting the task off as I found it so sad and surreal to approach. I wish to sincerely thank Adam Caine who guided and advised me through the entire process, and made a daunting and sad task much easier. Adam was extremely efficient and conscientious.
