Once your order has been received a personalised product will be created by in-house design team. *A design proof will emailed on the next working day for either changes or approval to print. Once we have your instructions to print, your order will be dispatched within 10 working days.

Once your order is placed a design proof will be emailed in accordance with the service levels below. Standard print & dispatch time is 12 working days from the date of proof approval. However we also offer faster Express options for more urgent orders, these can be selected at the time of placing your order.

I was delighted with the service I received from start to finish from the Memorial Card Shop. I had a design in mind for a memorial bookmark for my Sister Joan. I sent in an email of what I wanted. Adam Caine called me and we discussed my design and he explained what might need to be altered slightly to make it work for the final product. He offered suggestions which produced a perfect result. I really felt that they were working hard to make sure they produced exactly what I wanted. It was so quick and easy. I would highly recommend them.
