Once your order has been received a personalised product will be created by in-house design team. *A design proof will emailed on the next working day for either changes or approval to print. Once we have your instructions to print, your order will be dispatched within 10 working days.

We were delighted with our memorial cards, they were exactly to my specifications and brought tears to my eyes many times!!! I would like to thank you so very much for your kindness and sending me a replacement card (at no extra cost) after the card that i had bought from you for my grand daughters grave was damaged by post office.
